1. How will you record my measurements?

Ans: You'll receive an email notification with a link to an easy form, right after successful checkout.

2. What if I don't have a measuring tape?

Ans: Although you can order measuring tape from any quick commerce platform for just upto Rs. 10, you can also measure if you have a ruler and a flexible string like charging cable, earphone wire, etc., and a ruler. The form will explain that in detail.

3. What if it doesn't fit?

Ans: We are so sure of our process that we'll offer you one free alteration, if need arises. However, if the measurements are provided properly, such situation won't arise.

4. Who takes care of the pickup and delivery for alteration?

Ans: You'll need to send it to us, but we won't charge any extra for shipping the altered product from our side.

5. How long will you take to dispatch the Phoenix Shapewear?

Ans: Crafting each shapewear as per your measurements is a time consuming and a complex process. So we take upto 1 calendar week in shipping your Phoenix Shapewear.
